As a WWK Recruiter, Dylan Novak works directly with kids who are legally free for adoption, building trust-based relationships and searching for each child’s forever family through child-based recruitment. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences.

Why I started with Arms Wide:

I started with Arms Wide to make an impact on the lives of youth in foster care, to create lasting relationships, and to make sure youth experiencing foster care find a happy and healthy forever home!

My favorite part about my job:

My favorite part is visiting with youth all over Texas, and getting the opportunity to form a bond with them by exploring their lives and interests.

My least favorite part:

Lots of driving!
