Post Adoption Case Manager

As a Post Adoption Case Manager, Frances will provide case management services to adopted children and their families. Her goal is to support adoptive families. She feels these families have made a wonderful change and difference in a child’s life. She is a graduate of Texas Southern University, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology. Frances is excited about joining the Arms Wide Family.

Why I started with Arms Wide:

I have always had a passion for working with kids. Before working at Arms Wide, I was a foster parent for many years and an educator providing behavior support. I want to be able to support adoptive families just the same. I knew this was a good opportunity for me because now I can work with families of adopted children. I feel adoption gives a child a sense of belonging which is especially important.
