Why I started with Arms Wide:

With over 18 years of experience in the child welfare system, I have developed a deep passion for supporting children and families. Joining Arms Wide allows me to continue this meaningful work by helping families with Permanency Support Services.

My favorite part about my job:

The most rewarding part of my job is being able to support families and children throughout their journey. I am especially excited to engage with the community and spread awareness about the vital services we offer through Permanency Support.

My least favorite part:

After nearly two decades in child welfare, one of the most challenging aspects remains the lack of permanent placements for teenage youth. This continues to be a significant concern, and I hope to see more families open their hearts and homes to teens in need of a forever family. It can be incredibly discouraging for youth who long for permanency and stability.

More about me:

I am a proud mother of two and love spending time with my family. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.
