Victoria Ortez is a Permanency Support Services Case Manager for Arms Wide and provides case management and support to families in the South Texas region. She received a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley.

Why I started with Arms Wide:

I am thankful for the opportunity to join Arms Wide. Supporting children and families is something I care about deeply, and I admire the agency’s commitment to teamwork and creating a supportive environment.

My favorite part about my job:

I look forward to building strong connections with families and supporting them through their journey. I am eager to learn, share helpful resources and contribute to creating a positive experience for the families we serve.

More about me:

I have two adult children, and I enjoy spending time with my family. In my free time, I love going to the movies and exploring new coffee shops.
