Why I started with Arms Wide:
With a name like Arms Wide and its purple emblem, I couldn’t resist applying. I always knew that I wanted to work with children and families. Arms Wide has allowed me to achieve my childhood dreams.
My favorite part about my job:
My favorite part of the job is getting to see the families build close bonds with one another. It is one of the most heartwarming feelings to see children from various backgrounds have a home that makes them feel comfortable.
My least favorite part:
Having to interact with the court system!
More about me:
My favorite color is purple, so Arms Wide caught my attention immediately. I had just moved to Houston from Memphis. I love to attend festivals and concerts. My favorite phrase is “I will try it at least once.” I love to go on adventures, and you will typically find me doing something I haven’t done before.
